‘Who is it that can tell me who I am?’ King Lear.

The King Lear Experience is an extraordinary new website where you can get
involved with the production of Shakespeare’s King Lear starring Pete
Postlethwaite. The King Lear Experience leads you through the doors of the
rehearsal room and invites you to:

Share your experience of the play with the cast and crew.
Be your own director, making a video inspired by the themes of King Lear.
Turn the documentary camera on your own family.

kinglearexperience.co.uk is a unique chance for you to personally interact
and share your own messages, photos and videos with the lead actor Pete
Postlethwaite, director Rupert Goold and the rest of the artistic team. In
return you can hear their experiences of being in one of the most dynamic
and unique professions, playing in one of the most violent and

collaboration with Watershed, Headlong Theatre and Liverpool Everyman and
